Burpee Park!

 Today, we went to Burpee Park to meet up with Jess and her girls for some park time followed by ice cream!

Peach Pickers!

Today, we went to Del Val with Pies to pick our own peaches!

 While the boys picked peaches, Sarah was very happy in her wagon.  She was reaching out and picking flowers!

Spaghetti Snake Lover!

Looking for Ducks!

 Today, Dave was invited over to a friends house to play.  Sarah wanted to go for a walk to feed the ducks!  So we thought we would go to Peace Valley, we will surely find ducks there...

 Chris caught one of the many butterflies that we saw on our walk.  Sarah was not too impressed to se it up close.

 She preferred to stop and see them on the pretty flowers.

 We saw a turtle swimming.

 And several turtles on a log.

 Chris said "O it won't be bad to walk around the whole Peace Valley Lake!"

 We saw an ice deer.  And then....

The skies opened up!   Sarah and I hung out in the bathroom while Chris ran to the car on the other side of the lake!  I don't think we will try to do the walk around the whole Peace Valley Lake again anytime soon.  And we never saw any ducks!

Monster University!

Today, Dave and I went to see Monster University!  What a great movie!

National Ice Cream Day!

 Both Dave and Sarah were very happy to find out that today is National Ice Cream Day!

Swimming with Beegee, Pies, and Noel!

Since the weather has been soooo HOT, we invited Beegee, Pies and Noel to join us for a swim at Mee-mee and Pops's pool.

National Hot Dog Day!

 Today we celebrated National Hot Dog Day at the Perkasie Farmer's Market.  Pies was in charge of grilling the hot dogs!

Welcome Back to Pennsylvania!

A ride to Virginia was pretty easy only took us 5 1/2 hours.  But our ride home was another story, we hit every possible slow down in traffic that we could, so our ride home took us 7 hours!  The kids did a great job on the ride home and were only fussy for the last half hour.  So all in all not too bad.

Yankee Candle

 Before we left Virginia to head home we stopped at the Yankee Candle  Company Store.

 The kids really enjoyed the Christmas section of the store.
