 Dave's turn!

Dave got to walk Aurora the Alpaca.

 Going under.
 Going over.
Walking back to the start to get Aurora in the hula hoop.

 Got her in!
Giving an Aurora a good job done pet.

 Ryan's turn!
The alpaca's laying in the field.
 And grazing in the field.
Checking to see what was in the pond.

 Alpaca farm cat.

Looks like this cat should be in a James Herriot book.
And the boys got to feed the alpaca's carrots!

Sarah enjoyed seeing the "Big Dogs," too!
Thanks Burger's for inviting us to go along with you, we had a fun time learning all about the alpacas!

Asher's Chocolate Fall Fest!

Today, we headed to Asher's Fall Festival.
Dave getting measured fro his new ID!
Part of the new idea is a voice recording.  They asked him simple questions and his questions were recorded onto CD with all of his other information.
 Fingerprint time!
Sarah's turn to get fingerprinted.  She would only let them finger print her one hand, which worked out well because they recorder her crying and fussing so there is some audio of her too!
 Cow Pie toss.
 Gorilla Gulp banana toss.
 Driving a real trash truck!
High 5 to the Jelly Belly!
Dave practiced his basketball skills for basketball which starts in February.

Creating Motorized Bugs!

 Today, we made motorized spiders!
 Adding the legs.
Getting ready to give the spider eyes.
 Getting the eyes just right.
 Adding the mouth.
Dave's finished motorized spider!  They are pretty neat in action.  Ask Dave to show you next you are over!

Adventure Aquarium

Since Dave was off from school today, we thought that it would be a great day to use the aquarium passes that Sarah had won a few weeks ago!
Dave and Sarah stopped to take a look at the river before going into see the fish.

First stop the penguins.  They were getting their cage hosed out as we walked up.

Of course we stopped to see the big sea turtles.
 And the little terrapin turtles!
Sarah thought that these big fish were pretty funny.
Amazed at how big they are when they got closer to her.

Chris and Dave going up Feather Ridge.
Taking a birds eye view of the hippos.
 Sarah found the hippos sleeping!
 Showing Dave the hippos.
 Dave checking out the jellyfish.
"Look Dave got eaten by a shark!"
 Heading into the shark realm!
 Checking out all the sharks.
 Watching one swim over top!

 REaching out to touch one!

 Look it's a Dvid turtle!
 Going underwater!
Finding Nemo!  Thank you to Adventure Aquarium for selecting Sarah as one of the shark photo winners!  We had another great visit with the fish!
