Good Zoo at Ogleybay - West Virginia

The Good Zoo at Ogleybay, West Virginia, state number 11 crossed off our list!  This tiny little zoo (only 30 acres big), was so much better then we were expecting!
The zoo even had a small model train exhibit.

A meerkat.....another new animal that we have never seen.

This little guy was very funny to watch he ran around the bottom of the monkey exhibit like a little pin ball.

 Trying to pet the goats.
The lemur was just hanging out.
 Wild African dog.
The spectacled bear was very active and came right up to both kids several times!
Although this zoo was tiny, it was worth the stop!

Columbus Zoo and Aquarium - Ohio

State number 10 crossed off of our list!

Sarah fell in love with this miniature horse.

 "What are you doing, Goat?"

 Checking out some paw prints.

We learned some fun fats about aardvarks.....did you know that they need to put sun tan lotion on them a few times a day or they will get sun burnt?!

It's always fun to go into the cage with the kangaroos, this one was sleeping right on the path, so you were able to get right up close to him.

The Columbus Zoo  (which is owned by Jack Hanna) quickly moved to the top of our list of favorite zoos!  It is a huge zoo, we spent a good 6 hours her walking around getting to see all the animals and ride the carousel and the pirate adventure boat ride!  If you ever find yourself in Ohio, this one place you should stop!

Day 5 in Disney - Dave's 10th Birthday Celebration!

Dave's 10th Birthday Celebration, started at Ohana's to have breakfast with Stitch and Lilo.

Parade during breakfast with the characters.

Followed by a trip to Animal Kingdom.  (Which counts as a zoo, so we crossed another state off of out list!)

 Animals on the Kilimanjaro Safari.

Finding Nemo the musical, was amazing!

The Tree of Life and some of the animals we spotted while waiting for Baloo and King Louis.

Our second alligator spotting, I don't think he was supposed to be flooding around in the water in the park.
 Baloo and King Louis!

 Two of Dave's favorites!
Dave can never walk past a turtle without stopping!
Dinner at Hollywood and Vine with Jedi Mickey and Friends in Hollywood Studios.  (more photos to follow when I post Disney's Memory Maker photos.)

The Pirate and Pals Firework Cruise.

Meeting Captain Hook and Mr. Smee!
