When we woke up today, Chris said let's go to breakfast at Emil's (Dave's favorite place to eat breakfast). After, breakfast Chris asked if we wanted to go to the aquarium, so off we went to New Jersey for the day!
First thing that Dave wanted to do was touch a sea cucumber.
Here he is touching a star fish. He made sure that he touched every animal in the touch tank!
Dave checking to see which shark he would be if he was a shark. It turns out he weighs as much as a blacktip shark.
Dave and Chris testing their strength to see which shark they are as strong as. They almost made it to great white shark, but not quite.
Dave checking out the two newest sharks at the aquarium.
Then it was off to the shark tunnel!!! Dave loves watching the sharks swim all around him.
Dave checking all the equipment that a scuba diver wears.
Wouldn't he make a great dinner?
"Look at these big fish, Mom!"
And the best part watching the hippos, when we were at the aquarium in the past the hippos never seemed to do too much, but not the case today.
Here they are getting in!
Dave looks so tiny next to these guys. They look so graceful in the water, even though they are huge.

Today, Dave and I went to

Tonight we decided to take Dave over to his favorite playground. We thought that we better since the weather is starting to cool off a bit and we are seeing some signs of fall coming. We won't have too many nice nights like this left. Here he is riding the swings.
On the balance beam with some help.
Dave going down his favorite curly slide.
We were lucky enough to see some big trucks while we were there. They are putting in a new basketball court. We'll have to keep our eye out for when they are working on it. I'm sure Dave would love to see the trucks in action.
The boys are still checking out the trucks, on our way to the baseball field.
Dave pretending to throw out the first pitch. (We didn't bring a bat or ball with us this time, so we had to pretend.)
And he's up to bat!
And he's rounding second base!
It's a home run!!!!!

Here's Joel and Noah!
Dave making sure that Noah sees the big catfish.
Here the boys are checking out the train tracks.
Here the boys were chasing eachother around, while we were packing up after lunch.
Looks like they are thinking about climbing this tree. I guess boys will be boys.
Dave and Caleb checking out the huge Bisson.
Joel checkng out the pink flamingos, they seemed to be his favorite!
Dave looking at the fox. He said that the fox were his favorite today.
I never knew that with our membership, Dave gets free pony rides. So off he went on Rain the pony.
Here he is rounding the corner. I didn't even have to go with this time! What a big boy.
Jess, we are making our way up to Snowball. This horse was a little bit bigger than the other one, but not as big as Snowball.
