Our Feathered Friends.
Dave is working on earning his first Cub Scout badge...bird watching! So to get him started Chris and Dave hung up the new bird feeders and got the bird bath all set up. We will see what kind of birds we get tomorrow morning to plot out for Dave's badge!

Egg Dying Egg-perts!
First the kids colored on the eggs.
Dave drew a turtle.
Sarah thought this part would go much faster if she worked on two eggs at the same time!
In goes the first egg!
Sarah wanted to give it a try.
But quickly handed her egg off for Dave to put in the dye.
Watching the eggs change color.
Out they come!
Sarah wanted to try one on her own.
In it goes.
Well, just the tip of the egg.
She was thrilled with her creation until...
She saw that her hand was died...and the egg went flying!
So since Sarah's egg went flying we thought we would eat that one.
Taking a bite.
Sarah is not a fan of hard boiled eggs!
