Turtle Back Zoo ~ New Jersey

 Today, we headed to New Jersey to cross off another zoo in our 50 zoos in 50 states challenge!

 We were greeted by a turtle at the entrance, Dave was very happy to see a turtle, Sarah not so much.

 Sarah loved watching the sea lion swim around!

 And Dave had a great time touching the sting rays.

 Sarah enjoyed the little koi pond.

Even though we did not see any real elephants, this one made Sarah very happy!

 And can you guess who wanted to bring this pig home?!?!

 Yes, there were a few tears when we had to move away from the giant pig!

 This picture would have been much better, but this leopard came walking around a corner just as Sarah was walking up to glass and frightened her and she came running back very quickly crying and shaking.  It was rather funny.

Soccer Practice Day Two!

Cub Scout Rocket Launch!

 Today we met over at the Quarry Park in Hilltown, so the boys could set off the rockets that they built in cub scouts!

Lehigh Valley Air Show

We thought that it would be great fun to take the kids to Lehigh Valley Air Show.  Sadly, the air show is very disorganized and we were not able to find a place to park, there was no one directing you where to go, and the signs were very poor.  So all we got to see was one stunt play flying around while we drove around trying to figure out where to park.
