North Pole Tea!

The North pole Tea is one of favorite family christmas events!  Dave hopped right onto to Santa's lap and would have eaten his entire tea right there if he was allowed.
Doing a little coloring while waiting for the food.
Sarah was licking her lips just waiting for the food!
Dave's reindeer and chicken noodle soup.
Sarah had a reindeer, too.  And fruit salad instead of soup.
The adults had apple and pumpkin soup!
 The wonderful sandwiches.
 Cinnamon scones.
 The very yummy desserts.
 Sarah's platter.
 And Dave's!
 A closeup of the train.
Sarah could not wait to dig in.
She was super excited to see that she got a ring on her cupcake.
Sarah's favorite part this year was the food!!
Having a very serious conversation with Santa.
Santa must be giving him some good information here.
 "What, we get presents, too!!"

Sarah with all her goodies from Santa.
Dave checking out his present from Santa.

One of Dave's presents was a blinking reindeer nose!
Sarah enjoyed playing with Santa's bells.  But this is about as close as we could get her Santa.
 Our yearly family picture!
Getting a little brave, but not too close.
Dave thought he would try to trick her and get a hug and get her close to Santa.  Dave got a hug but then he was off.
 Nan even tried.
So Chris just sat down with her.
But she was not too happy about that.

Thank you for another wonderful North Pole Tea, Mom and staff!

Ornament Thief!

After Sarah's tub, she thought she better check on the tree.
Dave reminder her that the ornaments are to stay on the tree!
Dave was thinking of a way to get her to understand that they NEED to stay on the tree!
Telling her once again that they stay on the tree!
But she is a women with her own agenda!
Off she goes with the pig ornaments!!

Trimming the Tree, Sarah Style.

Checking out all the great ornaments!
 Santa!
Sarah thought that they would be much better off in the her doll house then on the tree!

Putting Up the Lights!

Dave could not wait to help set up the outside lights this year!

 Adding the candy canes!
 Some lights on the garage.
 And around the tree.

I think Chris has seen enough christmas lights for a bit!  LOL!
