The basement is almost complete!! Dave installed most of the chair-rail today. We are hoping to have the carpet in by the end of next week!

Doylestown's Tree Lighting Celebration!
The Burger Family invited us to join them at the Doylestown Tree Lighting!
Ahsley, Ryan and Dave paitently waiting for Santa.
Sarah was very excited too see Santa arrive!!
Getting a little boost up so she could se Santa coming. But I wasn't tall enough either, so...
She got to be with Pies then she could see Santa coming!
First, a tree on a sleigh.
Then the highschool marching band.
And finally the Man of the Hour!

The boys got the best view of the tree thank you to Mr Burger!! (I don't think that Dave got to see much of the tree, but hey the boys had a great view, LOL!)

Hurricane Sandy Clean-up Part 8.
Finishing off the 1st coat of polyurethane.
Then it was off to Pop's shop to use his table saw.
Then onto the 2nd coat of polyurethane.
Elf on the Shelf Day 1!
Frisbee and Olivia returned today!!
And they brought presents with them and a very special note from Santa.
Sarah wasn't too sure what to do with hers at first.
While Sarah was trying to figure out what to do with her present Dave red the note from Santa. The note explained that Santa knew about the basement flood and that he knew that we could not get to the special magical Elf door. So he gave the Elves a magical key to use to get into our house each morning till the basement is fixed and we can find the Elf door. Thank you Santa for making sure out Elves had a way to get into our house!

Under the note from Santa was a bag of bird food for Dave and Sarah. The Elves knew that Dave and Sarah have been watching the birds from the front window and they thought that it would be nice for Dave and Sarah to be able to feed the birds.
