 Dave is playing soccer this fall!  He has a great team with lots of friends on it!

Hurricane Irene!

 After spending the night camped out in the basement due to hurricane Irene.  the tornado warnings and high winds had a bit nervous and Chris ended up going into work at midnight we thought it was best to move the kids to the basement to sleep.  We needed to do some fun things the next day so...

 We did a little prehistoric planting.

 Mixing the soil up.

 Mixing the soil and water together.

 Adding the rocks and plants...I'll post pictures if we actually grow anything.

 And we made our own gummy snacks!

Meeting Miss Riegel!

 Summer is over, can you believe it?  We had the opportunity to meet Dave's 1st grade teacher today, Miss Riegel!!  She is wonderful Dave is going to have a fabulous fun year!!
