Tilly Mint's Gift Exchange

Our tradition at the Tea Room continued this year.  For our gift exchange we each trade names and then buy a present for Toys for Tots that represents the person that you have this year.
After our exchange we had a chinese auction.  You get one ticket for every hour that you worked through the year.  Dave also got some tickets this year, since he dusts the chairs, water the plants, and takes the laundry out the door for Nan.

Sellersville Halloween Parade.

Waiting for the parade to start.
Em was all ready with her Halloween bag to get some candy!
Watching the start of the parade.
The parade was lead by one of Perkasie's motorcycle officers.
Checking out some of the candy the got.  And deciding on which ones they should trade.  It works out really well, Em loves chocolate, so Dave ended up trading all his chocolate candies with Em for lollypops and twizzlers.
 The boy scouts.
And of course the Sellersville Firetrucks.

Thanks Em, Abby, and Jess for going with us to parade!

Fall Party!

Mrs. Hager wondering who all these bugs, animals, and ghouls are and what happened to her kids!

Can she guess who everyone is?

A few of them were rather hard for Mrs. Hager to guess, but she got them all!

 The whole class!
 Off on their parade!

Craft time!  Above they are making spider lollypops!
 Halloween bean bag toss.
Oreo spiders, which seemed to be everyone's favorite!

Boys and Girls best beware, witches brew is in the air.

Skulls and bats and snakes is takes.

A ghostly stew is what it makes.

Stir it fast and mix it up.

Close your eyes and fill your cup.

candy corn: bat tails
gummy worms: slithering snakes
raisins: black bugs
skittles: dragon eyes
pretzel sticks: porcupine quills
marchmellows: ghosts

Pin the face on the pumpkin!

The kids had a fabulous time at their fall party.  Thanks you Mrs. Hager for letting Kristie and I into your classroom to organize a fun fall party!
