SHHH!!!!!
This afternoon we went to Color Me Mine for Dave to create a special present for Chris for Christmas! You'll have to wait till Christmas Day to see what he created!

We think that Frisbee, the Elf, was printing Dave's file from the North Pole!
Holiday Light Show
Last night, we thought we would have a special holiday treat for Dave and go to Shady Brook Farm's Holiday Light Show! It turned out to be a treat for everyone!! It was so much fun driving through the lights and under the lights in some cases!

A New Family Christmas Tradition!
I had heard of The Elf on The Shelf last year and had forgotten about him till my friend, Devon, over at Mama Cheaps, posted about he family's new elf! (You can follow Devon's elf here!)
The Basic idea of the story is that this Elf is assigned to your family and your family alone! As soon as your Elf arrives at your house you need to give him a name. Dave named our Elf Frisbee! Now this Elf will watch over you and at the end of the night will return back to the North Pole to report to the big guy, you see Santa is very busy at this time of year and needs help from all of his Elves to keep him informed of your behavior. Then he will return to your house before you wake up in the morning, so you must be sure the check in the morning to see where he is hiding for the day. This is proof to you that he has been to North Pole since he will be in a different spot every morning! There is one very important rule that you must follow at all times! The Elf may NEVER, EVER be TOUCHED. See he is a very magical Elf and if you touch him this will take his magic away and he won't be able to report to Santa, and well we all know how bad that would be!!
